Approval Document: Formation of Institutional Review Board (IRB)
The IRB Committee was formed on 08 September 2025 to ensure the ethical conduct of research involving human participants, communities, and sensitive data. Datascape Research and Consultancy Limited (DRCL) hereby establishes its Institutional Review Board (IRB). The Board shall operate as an independent body to review, approve, and monitor all research conducted under DRCL in line with international ethical standards (Belmont Report, Declaration of Helsinki, CIOMS) and the national laws of Bangladesh. The Committee shall strictly follow the Datascape IRB Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in all operations. This Committee shall remain valid for a period of two (2) years from the date of formation, after which it may be renewed or reconstituted
